MOB is a 10-week, January to March, online Bootcamp with emphasis on rucking, general physical preparedness and mental toughness. 10 mandatory challenges and 35 voluntary workouts in 10 weeks.

As the program starts You will get a training patch, for motivation, with your individual number and in the end - if you finish - a finisher patch. To some this these patches doesn't mean a thing but to others they represent development, discipline, pain, suffering and in the end - pride.
